AKA: Why No One Is Buying Homes Today!

  •The simple idea is to restore the risk, reward balance between the seller, buyer and lender!  As in all good business transactions we should simply ask ourselves "is it fair for all parties concerned?"  Which, when buying a home today is not!  Which is why no one is buying a home today!

•This has been accomplished by creating a mechanism which allows the seller to participate with the buyer and lender in the likely hood that the market value of a home will decrease in the near future.Simply put, if the value of the home goes down after 60 months, the seller using a third party like Home Builders Guarantee Inc. participates in that loss.  If the buyer defaults on the new loan, the seller participates in that loss with the bank also. 

•Should the market value hold, then the seller relives the full profit of the sell of their home. 
What seller would want to participate in the future market risk?  One that wants to sell their home.  Otherwise without such a guarantee, who would want to take the risk of buying a home, and risking their financial life?  Which again is why no one, or very few are buying homes today.
