A Back Porch Sales Technique!

Below is a sample newsletter I will be sending out this month to housing developers, Realtors, and mortgage brokers.
 
To effectively use a newsletter you must first embrace "Back Porch SalesmanshipBecause no one wants to read about you, your company, or your latest product or service. They sure don't want to read your newsletter if it only talks about you, and you asking them to buy something.
For anyone to want to read your newsletter you must either be talking about them, and their business, (not yours) and/or you must offer help with problems that they care about.  With you, and your company just mentioned enough to know how to get in touch with you if they want to.

Lots of people talk about branding, and adding personality to your newsletter.  (Like I am doing under the "Grant W Davis" tab)  That's all nice, but I have to ask you a question. Would you care to look at the "Grant W Davis" tab, if that was all I was talking about?
