There are a lot of tools, tips and techniques.  Many of them I will skip as worthless high pressure techniques.  The first tool I would like to share with you is Mind Reading ! 
Please first consider Back Porch Sale Techniques as the basis of all tools, tips and techniques I will be sharing with you.  If your intend is to help your prospects then these tools will allow you to be very effective helping others
 

I would like to mention Double Dipping which is a tool of the trade also.  Take a look at Mind Reading, then go to Repor Building.  If you notice a lot of the things you do to be able to read a prospects mind can also be used to build Repor, and visa versa.  This is what I call Double Dipping.  Getting two rewards from the effort of one activity.
